90s comics (which i grew up on) are pretty much just BAD ART rolled up and presented to the public as entertainment

Wally was funny in an annoying way, but what I found really peculiar is that this wasn’t how he acted in the comics at all but it suited him in this cartoon.

The best part of this scene? (You can barely tell in the first pic if you don’t look well) is Alfred covering himself and then peeking out) but lol Batproperty damage.
